Shawn Mountain, Managing Director, Ottawa

With over 12 years of experience in IT recruiting, sales and management, Shawn is a great addition to The Mergis Group team. Shawn received his Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Communication from the University of Ottawa. He is active in the community and serves on the boards of numerous charitable and professional associations including Vice President of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) in Ottawa. Shawn is also a frequent speaker on Human Capital Management issues affecting the local workforce and advanced recruiting techniques. Shawn received the Ottawa Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award in 2006. In his spare time Shawn enjoys snowboarding, in-line hockey and boxing training.
